It is used in the treatment of hepatic, vesicular and pancreatic conditions, such as choleretic, cholagogic and digestive and to prevent the formation of gallstones (in infusion). Also it’s used to regulate blood pressure, regulate circulation, reduce body weight and cholesterol, acting as hypocholesterolemic and against obesity.
